The Temora Aviation Museum’s Spring Weekend Aircraft Showcase is a two day event scheduled for October 14 & 15. The event will feature all serviceable Aircraft from the Temora Aviation Museum collection which includes the Supermarine Spitfire’s Mk VIII & Mk XVI, CA-13 Boomerang, Gloster Meteor, Lockheed Hudson, Cessna 0-2A, Wirraway, Tiger Moth and Ryan STM S2.
At Temora you can get closer to the action as you witness a themed selection of Australia’s ex-military flying history come alive.
As a bonus for this event, every visitor who purchases tickets for the Spring Weekend Aircraft Showcase will also get free access to the world acclaimed Da Vinci Machines Exhibition, which will be hosted in the Temora Aviation Museum Display Hangar. This award-winning international touring exhibition ‘Da Vinci Machines’ showcases 60 iconic machines and inventions inspired by Leonardo’s drawings.
The two day Spring Weekend Aircraft Showcase promises to deliver a full day of entertainment for all generations, including:
Our Mess Hall serves freshly cooked food and a selection of cold refreshments. Barista coffee is also available and you are also welcome to bring your own picnic to enjoy in our shaded seating or grassed areas.
This event is not the Warbirds Downunder Airshow which is a much larger event and is scheduled for 12 / 13 October 2018.

11.30am – “Guided Hangar Tour” – Enjoy an informative guided from our Warbird expert Peter Anderson, the tour will focus on the English Electric Canberra, de Havilland Vampire, Cessna A-37B Dragonfly and RAAF CA-27 Sabre. Time to view the Exhibitions & Static Displays
12.30pm – “Winging It” Q&A with Guest Speaker
1.30pm to 2.30pm – Flightline Tour (meet and greet with the pilots and engineers)
3.00pm to 6.00pm – Flying Program (all serviceable Museum Aircraft)
