Inspiring author Noel Braun will be speaking at libraries in June. An advocate for suicide awareness and prevention, Noel will speak about his book trilogy that tells the story of his grief journey after the death of his wife.
Noel Braun embarked on a spiritual quest of self-discovery after the suicide of his wife Maris. At the age of 77 he decided to walk two of the more popular routes of the Camino de Santiago, a network of pilgrims’ ways in France and Spain. This led him to write The day was made for walking.
Two more Camino journeys followed, but taking different routes. His most recent book I guess I’ll just keep on walking is the sequel to his earlier book where the spiritual and physical merge with the ancient and the modern.
Last year at the age of 84, he embarked on a fifth journey, the subject perhaps of a future book.
Join Noel as he speaks about his emotional and spiritual journeys and the fascinating stories of the people he meets.
Copies of his books will be available for purchase on the day.
