Temora Family History Group is a non-profit organisation established for the benefit of all who are interested in the researching of family history. The group is now well established in its own section at the Rural Museum, have access to many records, with volunteers to assist in research, be it local, Australia wide or overseas.
Visit the centre at the Temora Rural Museum on Tuesday, Thursday or Saturday afternoons between 1pm and 4pm, or other times by arrangement.
The Temora Family History Group has on hand records which include CDs on Births, Deaths and Marriages in various states of Australia; birth records registered in Temora; cemetery and death records - local and some other towns and districts; numerous family histories; shire maps; etc in Museum and Archives; the UK "IGI" indexes on microfiche; Australia's early Muster Books; family tree magazines; various CDs on UK counties.
