Gidginbung History Group

The group, located in the northern area of the shire, was a hive of activity in the lead-up to the 2002 Gidginbung School Reunion, at which time, the publication Gidginbung Memories was distributed and the historic panel unveiled.

Publications relating to Gidginbung -

Gidginbung Memories was compiled by Gidginbung School Reunion Committee, in preparation for the reunion which was held on October 5 and 6, 2002.

The book, which covers not just the school, but the Gidginbung District as a whole, is described as including history, photos and family memories that have survived the test of time.
The book was distributed to those who attended the 2002 reunion, with copies also presented to Temora Shire Council Heritage Committee, Temora Library, Temora Rural Museum and all local schools.
